Note: If and when a problem should arise with any of our products sold, it is important that you understand we have no problem taking product(s) back for repair, replacement, or return for credit under the RMA guidelines posted on our website. To determine whether or not our product meets your requirements we strongly recommend prior to installation you pre-test the product purchased. If for any reason you do not return the product(s) in question; repair, replacement, credit will not be given.
This warranty shall not apply to any damage of product or failure that is caused by conditions beyond Vertical Cable's control, including but not limited to; misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
Vertical Cable shall not be held liable for any costs associated with the removal or installation at any time. Vertical Cable's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at Vertical Cable's discretion.
To apply for a return authorization number please fill out and fax us back Vertical Cable's ONLINE RMA FORM to our RMA department. (RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after issuance). Items not received by Vertical Cable within the 10-day RMA window may be denied a refund or credit. Replacements are shipped promptly upon receipt and testing of defective merchandise.
